Need to Know
Festival Hours
The festival will officially open on Friday, August 23rd at 2:00 p.m. and music will end on Sunday, August 25th at 11:00 p.m.
Sunday night till Monday afternoon we may stay to decompress, rest and pack up. Everyone must clear the land by Monday August 26th at 2 p.m.
Gate Hours
Friday 2 PM – 11 PM
Saturday 10 AM – 11 PM
Sunday 10 AM – 4 PM
How To Get There
Driving directions will be sent to ticket holders the week of the event.
If you do not drive, there will be a rideshare thread in the PHANTOM Family Facebook group.
Parking
Each vehicle will require a parking pass. This applies for cars/trucks/SUVs & RVs. We encourage carpooling to reduce environmental impact.
Camping

This is your opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors. Both field and forest camping sites will be available for you to choose from.
Ready-Set-CAMP
New to camping? Don’t have camping gear? Or do you prefer the least amount of work with the most amount of fun? Don’t fear, we have your solution!
Arrive at the festival with your campsite all set up & ready for you! Just pack your clothes, costumes, food and drinks, and leave the rest to us! Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!
Each Ready-Set-CAMP Package includes:
A Tent (1 per pkg)
Queen-sized air mattress (1 per pkg)
Sleeping bag (1 per person)
Camping chair (1 per person)
Headlamp (1 per person)
Lantern (1 per pkg)
Cooler (1 per pkg)

RVs
Personal generators are permitted only in the RV ZONE. There will be a drinking water refill station so please bring your own reusable water containers. There are no septic, water or power hookups. RV camping is limited so buy your RV camping pass early to avoid disappointment!
PHANTOM Nest
The Nest is a sanctuary providing a safe & calm space for those who want a quieter place during the festival.
If you’re looking for a place to chill, need to take a moment or are looking for someone to talk to, there will be volunteer support available 24 hours a day. Sanctuary will be located near the Medical Tent.
Health & Safety
There will be a clearly marked medical tent with trained medical personnel onsite for the duration of the festival.
Located beside PHANTOM Nest to assist those in need.
Water
We recommend each person bring at least 4 litres of water for their personal consumption at their campsites. A water refill station will be available on site. Please bring your own containers.
Code of Conduct
By participating in PHANTOMFEST, you are committing to creating a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all. Being an exemplary festival-goer involves prioritizing safety while having fun by staying well-rested, hydrated, and fed. Know your limits and stay within them. Take care of yourself and those around you.

We are dedicated to ensuring everyone feels safe throughout the festival weekend. Misconduct or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, sex, mental or physical abilities, body size, appearance, or age will not be tolerated.
**Embrace Diversity**
Respect differing preferences and opinions. Embrace diversity with open arms and an open mind.
**Report Concerns**
We encourage everyone to report any issues, such as harassment, violation of personal space, solicitation or use of controlled substances, over-intoxicated behavior, or any other risks or discomforts, to festival staff immediately.
**Consequences for Violations**
Any individual who violates this Code of Conduct may be immediately removed from the festival grounds and have their festival wristband and parking/camping privileges revoked without refund.
